Payments made by credit or debit card will be shown as ‘Majestic Chauffeurs’ on your account statement.
Airport and non-airport car parking charges will be applied to the invoice including any drop off charges where applicable.
Majestic
Chauffeurs reserve the right to charge extra for additional collections and waiting time when not specified at time of the booking.Congestion charges, toll and ultra low emission charges will be applied, where applicable.
Bookings
with pick up times between 0000 and 0600 will be subject to an “unsocial hours” surcharge of £10.
This will also apply to bookings carried out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.All prices are
in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Payment for account bookings is due within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All other non-account booking payments to be made on receipt of invoice.
If the client does not
appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, Majestic Chauffeurs reserve the right to make full charge for the booking.If a booking is cancelled within 1 hour of the requested pick-up
time Majestic Chauffeurs reserve the right to make full charge for the assignment.
Our cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon receiving your booking Majestic Chauffeurs reserve
the availability of the vehicle(s) and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle.
Majestic Chauffeurs aims to ensure your chauffeur and vehicle arrive 10 minutes before the booking.
We cannot
however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, accidents or weather conditions.
Majestic Chauffeurs drivers will plan the best route on the
day unless instructed by the client.
Majestic Chauffeurs will accept no responsibility for any delays incurred when the client instructs the route.
Majestic Chauffeurs may not be able to accommodate additional
pick up or drop offs on the day of the booking when not specified at the time of booking, although every effort will be made to accommodate last minute requests.
If our driver is asked to wait before or after the assignment
Majestic Chauffeurs reserve the right to charge at our standard rate of £25 per hour.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses
a threat to the safety of our chauffeur, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle.
We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.Majestic Chauffeurs vehicles are valeted to the highest standard before every journey.
If however special cleaning
of our vehicle is required because a passenger has left it in an unreasonable state, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the valeting to that company/passenger at our standard soiling charge rate of £150.
Majestic
Chauffeurs reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur before the assignment.By law small children require additional appropriate restraints.
We neither provide nor assist in the fitting of child seats or restraints.
It is the adult passenger(s) entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured.
Majestic Chauffeurs will store car seats free of charge whilst the passengers are away and return them on
the return journey.
Majestic Chauffeurs will not wait in undesignated areas or where a fine could be imposed.
In circumstances where the Chauffeur is requested to wait in one of these areas, then the hirer of the
vehicle will be completely responsible for any parking fines incurred.
Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing, by email or phone and with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Cancellation informed
between 12 and 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the quoted price for provision of service.
Cancellation given with less than 12 hours notice, prior to the time of booking will incur a 100% cancellation
of the quoted price for provision of service.
As customer service is our priority and we aim to provide the best possible service, if you feel you have cause for complaint, please contact Majestic Chauffeurs in writing
within 30 days.

Majestic
Chauffeurs operate a strict policy of non-discrimination for race, religion, sexual orientations, health and disability and all other areas of discrimination.
We will accept guide dogs with registered disabled people however
this should be advised to the company at the time of booking the service, all other animals will be accepted at the discretion of Majestic Chauffeurs and should be made aware when booking.
Majestic Chauffeurs reserves the
right to refuse the transportation of animals except Guide dogs or other animals used by registered disable people.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s’ statutory rights.
